What the forms collect

Information you enter into an enquiry or website brief, such as your name, business details, business email, project requirements and optional budget information.

Why it is collected

To review and respond to the enquiry, prepare the requested project discussion, and keep an operational record of that enquiry.

Technical metadata

The application is designed to retain the request country when available. It does not deliberately store your IP address in the Maxwal enquiry database.

Payments and verification

The enquiry forms do not take payment, verify identity, accept contract terms or authorise security testing.

Retention and deletion

The production retention period and deletion-request process must be confirmed before Maxwal begins collecting real enquiries. Until then, production collection must remain disabled.
